Dreams
Dreams do not happen when you’r real sleep. They happen when you’ re wake.
Whatever your goals are, always remember you can make it true. Whether it be love, money, a childhood dream, and ultimate happiness he most important idea is that you must never lose sight of your dream.
Create reminders. Think about your original motivation often. Besides obvious factors that will come along when your dream is realized, think about other reasons. Who are you doing this dream for? Remind yourself often of your plan. Physical symbols always help--buying items that symbolizes our goals.
Express your dream frequently. Whisper your dream through moonlight. Shout it on a busy highway. Write it on a balloon and set it free. Write it on paper boats and float them in the ocean. Write it as a message on a bottle and float that into the ocean. Explore and try different ways of different cultures of making wishes come true, small or big;paper cranes, and shooting stars. Tell your pet if you have one. Tell it to all the people you care about in your life.
Create deadlines and punishments. For every step along the way think of a realistic deadline. If too small, eventually you will be rashed with all the work you need and possibly never do it. If too big you will probably forget about it. Punishments are necessary. They can be keeping yourself away from your favorite activities. Get a friend or family member to enforce this punishment.
Keep your life. Do not forget about friends, family, work, and especially yourself! Keep contact with friends and family over the internet visit them and write to them. Try not start skipping work to work on your dream. Keep your brain, body and soul in good shape at all times. Sleep often, read often, and enjoy life.
Brainstorm ideas for your dream. Mind mapping(essentially creative concept mapping) is the ideal way to brainstorm. Any creative outlet will do just fine to find some creative ideas for your dream, especially writing or drawing. Any sort of art, even singing, playing music, photography, wood-carving can work. Buy a journal or two. Find inspiration.

Transportation Infrastructure
___①___As has been demonstrated repeatedly, a transportation infrastructure based around individuals in automobiles contributes to global warming, pollution, health problems and energy insecurity. Conversely, the idea behind a green transportation infrastructure is one that provides opportunities for people to get around their communities using their own power-such as walking or biking-or by other more environmentally sensitive means, like trains or buses. Sometimes, the best definition of a concept can be found by describing what it is not.
All one has to do to get across the idea is to highlight the experience virtually allot us have shared at some point in our life(and for millions of Americans it can be literally an everyday experience): sitting in our motionless cars on a jam-packed highway as the vehicles spew emissions and pollution into the air. Even in cases when it’s difficult or impose remove the car from the picture entirely, there are ways to green our transportation infrastructure and improve our health and quality of life. Therefore, we have to find out some ways to improve what’s already place.
__②__ A lot of city dwellers hold that they prefer to drive cars to work. Sure, there are plenty of reasons keeping them in the cars. Convenience is obviously one, but having to wait at a bus stop and then sit or stand on a crowded bus while cars go by is definitely another big trouble. But cities around the world are doing their best to employ the environmental benefits of bus ridership by making them more attractive to ride. One major way is by creating lorries dedicated to buses so that they can zoom past cars and trucks on roadways
___③___Fun is just one of the many benefits to cities and towns that commit to making biking easy and safe. “Cleaner healthier, quieter and safer neighborhoods, are the results of making bikeways and lanes a priority , says Zehner, who argues that even though American cities are more spread out than those in Europe , they are still great candidates for bikes . If Americans can embrace the concept it will make us more like the rest of the world; indeed。 Zehner says the bike is the predominant mode of transport globally , with around 2 billion people using them .
__④__ When it was originally built in 1889 , the Poughkeepsie-Highland Railroad Bridge in Poughkeepsie, N. Y., was all about commerce and transportation , allowing people and goods to flow easily over the Hudson River . For years, the bridge sat unused after a fire nearly destroyed it in 1974 until a group called Walkway over the Hudson began its efforts to transform the bridge into a place for the public to enjoy. The group was finally successful in its efforts when the Walk way over the Hudson State Park opened in 2009-making it the strongest pedestrian bridge in the world, which has since attracted more than I million visitors. Pedestrian bridges provide opportunities for alternative, environmentally friendly transportation modes such as biking and walking.
__⑤__ Giving people the opportunity and encouragement to get out and walk sometimes takes a little creativity , especially in hyper-urban areas like New York City . In the city’s old Meatpacking District a group of committed citizens have transformed what was once a piece of what would now be called green infrastructure-an elevated railway line and transformed it into a nearly 1.5-mile walkway and park on the west side of Manhattan called the High Line . What was a transportation route for meat and other agricultural goods heading into factories and warehouses from 1934 to 1980 is now a popular park with areas for public art and urban gardens.

Dreams for Better
We all have plans and dreams for a better more __31__ life. Yet only a small percentage of people actually achieve their __32__ . A good question is: why?

So we took some time to try to understand what was holding him __34__ .
As we examined his average day it became apparent to me was much too__35__ . He was spending lots of time doing lots of different things. I__36__ that most of what he was doing was not very important in the greater scheme of things.
We did some exercises to __37__ which activities were important which ones were urgent and which ones were filling(or killing) time. He wasn ’ t comfortable __ 38__ he was very busy so he created things that needed to be done He was always working on something--yet at the end of the day, he had rarely accomplished any tasks to move him closer to the life he wanted.

The __39__ is to slow down and get 10 comfortable with being still, with contemplating what we really want and whether our actions are suitable for our goals.
